The Drs. Kiran & Pallavi Patel Family Foundation has a reputation throughout Florida and the Southeast for promoting education and healthcare. Most recently, the foundation focused on the crossroads between healthcare and education with the opening of the Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine located in Clearwater, FL and the Orlando College of Osteopathic Medicine located in Orlando, FL. Together with charitable contributions throughout India and Africa, the family foundation has contributed over $ 500M for charitable causes and continues to expand its work both domestic and abroad.
Nova Southeastern University
2019: Drs. Kiran and Pallavi Patel Foundation in partnership with Nova Southeastern University realized their longstanding mission of a new medical college in Clearwater, FL.
Dr. Kiran C Patel High School
2019: Drs. Kiran and Pallavi Patel Foundation erects their first High School, with the mission to embed skills essential to 21st century learning in Tampa, Florida.
Dr. Kiran C Patel Emergency Center
2019: Drs. Kiran and Pallavi Patel Foundation funded an expansion for a new emergency room at Florida Hospital Carrollwood, now a part of Adventis Health.
Patel College for Global Solutions
2012: The Patel College for Global Solutions was created in 2012 through partnership with USF by Drs. Kiran and Pallavi Patel, who funded and helped shape the degree program and construct a dedicated building. This college equips students with the expertise to address global sustainability challenges through innovate, interdisciplinary education.
